Overview
At GJC Dissertation Guidance managed under GJC Creativity Hub Ltd, we are committed to providing high-quality academic support services. Due to the nature of our services, this policy outlines how refunds and cancellations are handled.
📌 Nature of Services
All services provided are digital and academic support-based, including but not limited to:
- Research topic selection
- Proposal writing guidance
- Dissertation and thesis support
- Editing and formatting
- Referencing assistance
- Data analysis guidance
- Academic consultations
Because these are intellectual and time-based services, they are not returnable like physical products.
💳 Payments & Eligibility for Refunds
✅ Refunds may be considered if:
- The service has not yet started
- A cancellation request is made within 24 hours of payment
- There is a duplicate payment or billing error
❌ Refunds will NOT be issued if:
- Work has already started or been delivered
- A consultation session has already taken place
- The client changes their mind after service delivery
- The delay is caused by the client (e.g., late submission of materials)
🔄 Revisions Policy
We are committed to client satisfaction.
- Reasonable revisions may be provided based on the original agreed requirements
- Requests outside the original scope may require additional charges
📅 Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of booking/payment
- Once work begins, cancellation is no longer eligible for a refund

- Contact your payment provider
- Contact your bank
If the issue persists, contact us directly.
🚫 Non-Refundable Services
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Completed academic work
- Delivered documents or guidance
- Consultation sessions already conducted
- Customized research support services
